I empathise with the delayed evacuation time, I saw many residents, especially female taking it causally, & carrying possessons they had stayed to gather, I mentioned to a colleague that my ex “roomy” used special ear plugs, which may even cut out the alarm noise, but there has to be TRUST ,IMO, in the management & security staff..because for me, all rooms doors must be left open for staff to make a quick physical check to make sure no one is left in bed..

which means the residents must TRUST staff to ensure that a ) they do their job and b) Cctv will ensure no one steals anything from an other residents room whilst the door is open, is there “remote” CCTv access ?

I only offer my advice as a resident and a former manager of security operations..

AS my head is less than 1 metre away from this CULPRIT’s noise, I am sorry if I fail to appreciate your favourite resident’s choice of “alarm tunes” at 05h as he has let it play 5, 6 or 7 times every day since several weeks (adding other noises ) seemingly to keep me “entertained” and ,,,AWAKE!

When anyone comes to my door with a DEATH threat after having provoked me since several months, whilst I am weak from lack of sleep caused by that CULPRIT (and tired sport that morning) I will not wait for them to kill me..I will always attempt to defend myself.. in any way possible,

... My “condition” was damaged by the accumulated stress & lack of sleep caused by the circumstances at room 343 (by occupants of room 340) & general inside & outside of 2 Gateway. I would not allow myself, late last night to be “interogated” by biased security or Guarda agents, even so my status, location & identity was compromised, this further “incident” NOT of my making..

YOU can attempt to isolate this “incident” but that is unfair & unjust. IF as you state you shall “REPORT” me I shall defend myself with MY claims against your compoany, itrs employees & others in the Dublin comunity. NOT LEAST their Guarda employees, and (even if you are not interested) shall relate TWO aspects ( of many) that come to mind...

a) 16 Years ago I came to Dublin, with a friend as WITNESS, to hopefully locate my estranged daughter, Noela, kidnapped by a german woman, my local LIVERPOOL supporters club located them to Clontarf & I flew over from NL on my daughters birthday, as I held a petition at the ECHR in my hands to prove my claim of her mothers crime, as she had taken her from my custody following an ambush & kidnapping by hired thugs near our home in the Alsace region (near german border) we stayed overnight at a Clontarf B & B, and approached the house as they were leaving it on the morning of Noela’s 9^th birthday. A german court in Freiburg had found her mother guilty of lying to the court, . I was never convicted of any crimes.

However, despite my female friend attempting to explain that I ONLY wished to present a bag of birthday presents to my little girl who I hadn't seen for a few years. The woman kicked the bag into the street, (traffic) and called the Guarda.

A passer-by got the wrong impression, & I had to explain that SHE was in the wrong, during which time a police car arrived, the agent came directly to me, & told ME to leave... saying “THE WOMAN lives here, you dont, so GO! “ so I asked where his station was & went there & told the desk sergeant of the situation and showed him the European document. HE wasnt impressed, & suggested it was fake.

The guarda agent said I would have to process a claim at the Dublin court to see my daughter. (at least 3 months) I could not afford to stay that long.. & I knew what would happen. I returned to NL with my friend, and a couple of days later received an email from my contacts in Dublin that the house was empty.

Apparently, mother & daughter are “somewhere in central america”. I haven't seen either since.

b) in Freiburg “U-Haft” (detention for investigation ) during my period of protest against human right violations by govt & other officials (“Beamte) I organised “international football” during the exercise yard hour we got, (23 hrs in cell) with a ball I obtained from the consul. One day, I was watching the lads kicking about when I noticed an Iranian lad cornered in the yard by 2 Nazis (80% of the detained were foreign) I ran across & caught a punch on the nose, full force whilst intervening... the BOSS wanted me to make a claim (“report”) but I cited the environment, conditions which cause extreme reaction. They had a clinic in the main prison next door, I was due to make my claim in local court..against the authorities. What did they do? They put psychotic “patients” in my room who watched the TV all night, loud, I was already recovering from a broken nose/cheek (3 operations) ... despite the disturbance, lack of sleep & witness I managed to get the (biased) judged recused.

As for accomodation, it is DIFFICULT to share a confined space with a beloved partner, never mind a stranger, with no end in sight, so as you claim there is no “solo rooms” available to me, I make the best of a bad situation. There is no one in this system of comparative ethnicity, culture, intelligence & age, anyway.

THE IPO are no hurry, it seems, to comply with my requests. Therefore, I shall proceed in the best ways possible & on behalf of the aims of F & U n.g.o. & wherever possible the residents, generally, (EIRErace@pm.me) to IMPROVE conditions here, for EVERYONE’s sake!

1, whilst writing,  my swiss ISP are still "investigating" why this emaill address was blocked & I also informed your office NOt to send to ACSfu@protonmail.com (which was a temporary (free) solution to receive & send IPO mails etc before I received allowance (funds) to re-open a mail with larger storage (as I explained I have about half a million files accumulated since a decade of so) 

2. I understand what you are saying regarding the cleaning company, but "exceptions to the rule surely exist" when the atmosphere at 2Gway is affected?  such as

• when my laundry is returned dirty (when they have no duvet covers or mattress covers & i must put the dirty one back on the bed ) etc

• when there is painting during breakfast in the canteen

• when the "cleaning staff" disturb me during meal times (trying to clean up in the middle of meal-times)

•  when their staff clean our 3rd floor bathrooms at the time workers are getting ready?

• and when I feel that an appreciative  gesture towards a "dinner lady" is "PUNISHED"

I am informed by “roomy” (Godwin) ..that the “Dinner lady” in question is being moved from 2 Gway... this is depressing, as a “ray of sunshine” being shut out by the darkness of bureaucracy gone mad, IMO! ...I am “blamed” for doing the same as I did with when Kellie had a similar birthday, ironic, as Kellie apparently informed the office of my recent “terrible deed”...

I will not refrain from being human, in what sometimes feels like an “open prison” ....

In the circumstances, as “PROTEST” I IMMEDIATELY withdraw myself from voluntary activities for the time being.. I have received no date proposed for a promised football match, and anyway would have rather be IN the half-marathon than serving a society that seems determined to exclude me. ( I will not detail the contents as I know your “ dont tell me!” policy ) i have written to the EIRE leadership regarding my status today... (i have NOT mentioned the above incident, nor that painters were working in the canteen yesterday (tuesday 25325) during breakfast (between 07.30-09.00 hrs)

This note is personal & my feelings on the subject, not a complaint from I.R.A.c.E nor F & U n.g.o. and whilst writing I would add that .... Yes, I seem to be the common denominator, by “accident as well as design”...

but the GIST of this mail is an appeal from the residents (which is why I sed this email address) to ask for YOUR understanding; in the “Liverpool-Irish-socialist” culture I grew up with it was customary to thank those who serve the community ( e,g, bus drivers) & i am pleased some of that attitude remains with Dublinners... there is one “dinner lady” you employ who makes a BIG effort to smile at every meal time & cheer up each & every resident that comes to the canteen. When I was in the centre florist (by Ilac) the other day ordering flowers for a latin lady (resident) who kindly included me in her “dance fest”) recalled that it was Sarah’ s birthday, so (on behalf of the residents) I took the initiative to arrange flowers to be delivered (anonymously) ... as i knew she was working all of her birthday weekend, Kellie probably overheard me asking her name so that the delivery would get to her, (as I dont know, or should know, if there are others named “Sarah” in house. & the florist was an old man, unsure of our location)**

I understand that you have “house rules” which I also expect residents to generally respect, but I hope you will bear this in mind so that we can return to a non-confrontational relation, and whilst writing thank you & your staff for the repair to the taps on the 3^rd floor bathroom!

IT is my opinion that complaining to your office is actually causing my personal status to suffer as “resident” However I have never & will never fail to state my HONEST opinion for the sake of the community or myself, you you or anyone else relevant to same.

Whilst writing I note that my neighbour who gets up on a repeated alarm (that I hear due to the thin room dividers) at 05h EVERY morning has now a companion, so my personal mood is unlikely to change, is it?

It is concerning that you continue to do so despite clear and respectful communication advising that it is not necessary and have elected to forward this mail as opposed  to engaging with the request made yesterday to provide a time that would suit you to speak directly to me on these matters.

On the flowers, i know its a nice gesture but i would refrain from sending flowers or gift giving  to team members and residents if at all possible please, just due to individuals personal boundaries which we may not be aware of. . Having said  that i will be certain to pass the compliment on to the head of the catering company,, compliments are of course always allowed and welcome.

 in the “Liverpool-Irish-socialist” culture I grew up with it was customary to thank those who serve the community ( e,g, bus drivers) & i am pleased some of that attitude remains with Dublinners... 

... there is one “dinner lady” you employ who makes a BIG effort to smile at every meal time & cheer up each & every resident that comes to the canteen. When I was at a town centre florist (by Ilac) the other day ordering flowers for a latin lady (resident) who kindly included me in her “dance fest”) recalled that it was Sarah’ s birthday, so (on behalf of the residents) I took the initiative to arrange flowers to be delivered (anonymously) ... as i knew she was working all of her birthday weekend, 

Kellie probably overheard me asking her name so that the delivery would get to her, (as I dont know, nor should know, if there are others named “Sarah” in house. & the florist was an old man, unsure of our location)**

I understand that you have “house rules” which I also expect residents to generally respect, but I hope you will bear this in mind so that we can return to a non-confrontational relation, and whilst writing thank you & your staff for the repair to the taps on the 3rd floor bathroom!

I shall not be trusting my laundry to your staff again, so that subject is now mute.

I noted very well your comments, (at our last “meeting” on the 3^rd floor ) that you don't want to know about why I needed to use more than one email previously, that you don't want to know what I could do to assist a better atmosphere here, I also note that the hostility you have with regards to myself, I mentioned my “high level accomplishments” with relation to “security” because THAT is the aspect I volunteered for Friday, Alan had approached me a while ago, & I said I would join.

There seems to be a general assumption that I don't have any obligations, I dont know when the organisers called for a “security course” BUT, I do not wish to make a complain against Alan, I have a reasonable contact with him & we have been running together too, but because the office did not use < chrisfandu@proton.me > recently AND I was not informed of either the “refugee council visit” nor the “promotional event” in the Amenities hall 2 months ago (?) etc, It is a sore subject as both phone numbers I have paid for have been “attacked” so that the mobile batteries (even a replacement battery) became useless.

AS you clearly state you “do NOT CARE” about my abilities, know-how or accomplishments it is no surprise that you & your staff wont support my involvement in aspects that are a passion to me. I note that other residents are. I shall not repeat those aspects which may become evident in my claim (attached) I fail to see how speaking to you in person will resolve my concerns about prejudice & the continued “Systematic” profiling which dates back to 1986, as you are hardly presenting your self as empathic where I am concerned.

I find it difficult to absorb your comments about “upkeep of the building” when a couple of handwritten posters about a simple invitation for a kick-about were made aware to your staffthat morning. Or are they also unaware of the application of rules that are at best petty & at worst demotivating for residents?. I have made OBVIOUS considerable efforts (and with I.R.A.c.E ) to improve the atmosphere & activities contra to some of the “advertised” activities (which did not happen)

My question with regards to the IPO (and the offer to be a conduit to anonymous residents that may wish me to discuss “possibilities” with the “voluntary return” staf)f, was to ask if that would be arranged by 2 Gatway staff with the IPO etc or must I invite them myself? I am unsure of your intent, and until I am, shall remain “defensive” for myself & the sake of my beliefs & associations.

My apologies also that i have misunderstood your previous Email.  Should a resident of the building wish to request that you book a quite space on their behalf then by all means please do just email residents@gatewayintegration.com with 48 hours notice and we will provide the space if possible. 
 
With regards to my previous request to not post notifications throughout the building this is to insure the general upkeep of the building, please respect this request. For the avoidance of any doubt i am fundamentally unopposed to  football or sporting activities, 
 
I am unaware of any adult sporting activities that you have been excluded from. Can you please advise on what this has been so that i can investigate? Also with regards to your accusation that you have been systematically profiled and that you have experienced prejudice, i of course need to treat such accusations  with the utmost severity that is warranted. May i please request that you advise a convenient time whereby i may speak with you in person to fully understand and investigate this claim? As well as this i would urge you to bring this to the attention of IPAS by reaching out to ipasinbox@equality.gov.ie 
 
I will speak with Alan regarding the complaint on communication regarding the recent volunteering event. Please be advised that this is a volunteer event and should you feel as though you are being taken for granted, as you advise, and as with any volunteer event, you are not obliged to take part should you not wish to. Also on point 4, i have previously advised that we do not need to be aware of any information regarding your status claim and for clarity  i would just like to extend this advise  so that you are informed that we do not need to be made aware of any prior personal or professional achievements that you may experienced either.
 
Regarding the laundry issue, please be advised that drop off on any give day is between 7am and 12pm, with collection then beginning from 5pm to 7pm that same day. As you have advised that you have collected at 12pm on the same day i believe that there may have been some confusion  and the team have handed you back you items unwashed,. I will of course investigate this to confirm if my assumption is correct. However I would  certainly advise on waiting until 5pm to collect your laundry in future, as per all laundry signage signposted throughout Two Gateway 
 
Finally, the visit from the ombudsman is a walk in clinic and does not require a booking, please do feel free to visit and voice and and all concerns that you may have regarding Two Gateway, IPAS, IPO, HSE, and any other  organisations. 
 
One final note from myself if i may,  I note that you have replied  to my correspondence via email address of eirerace@pm.me, is this a new 5th email address of your own that we should hold on record for communicating with you please? Similarly i see a cc of 1team.lead@pm.me, is this a 6th email address of yours please and, if you please forgive my ignorance, is volunteerscotland@shelter.org.uk a Scottish organisation or yet another email address of your own please Christopher?

Recent hostile incidents at “2 Gateway” have led to this complaint.. which shall be used within the claim lodged at the EIRE supreme court office via email and by post today the 19^th March 2025

In no particular order;

* That initiatives offered by “CRSfu” are generally ignored or discouraged by IPAS.

* There is NO support of “CRSfu” unquestionable abilities & know how in the local community.

* I am excluded from the “2 Gateway laundry service”

* Balseskin… not allowed to participate, actiivities programme only seen if with mobile phone (discrimination on financial, choice of lifestyle)

* Feeling of “open prison” heavy security presence, at meal times too. (security guards ever-present & even need "access card" to go to bathroom in the night "

* Transfered from Balseskin to 2Gateway , only 36 hrs notice, (must inform bank etc ,,confusion, no explanation regarding the REASON for transfer, to explain “what & where the destination is_ degrading treatment, ..treated as having NO human status , “like baggage to move from one part of Dublin to another”!

At 2Gateway

* ON FIRST day 3 stops by security – aggressive (prejudice versus my age / white face) discrimination

* attitude of management was to dismiss my feelings

* NO house rules received

* the mattress is old dirty, the room had no furniture, no shade

* Share with a stranger with No connection , age, culture or other common aspects

* after ..2 more “stops” by new security – Proposed staff should be informed of new arrivals

* my (african) “roomy” has never EVER been stopped by security.

* ..2gateway allowed him back into room TWICE after he was rushed to hospital in the night, ignored my warning of risk (infection) Kept me awake with coughing & moaning...

* (incidental) applied for employment , NOT one of over 100 arrived at employer? “ 2 Gateway management will not give references (but not interested why I needed more than one email

* Exluded from football activities, Age discrimination? Subtle Racism

(called “english”??) priority given to other ethnic groups.
